Learn Italian in Verona, in the city of the most famous couple in the world: Romeo and Juliet and their tragic story, which took place in the Middle Ages between the feuding families of the Capuleti (Juliet) and the Montecchi (Romeo) in what was already an elegant and noble Verona. The Italian language trip to Verona on the Etsch, 270,000 inhabitants, brings you into contact with Venice, the second great city in the Veneto region. The Italian course in Verona is always accompanied by the spectacular amphitheater. the Arena di Verona, the best-preserved monumental building from the Roman period (2nd century AD). The other important aspect that Italian learners in Verona never lose sight of is the tradition of the world-famous opera festival in the wonderfully preserved Roman arena with seating for 22,000 spectators. School
The school was deliberately founded in Verona in 1998 to meet the demand of tour guides to get to know the secrets of the province in greater depth and to learn the Italian language in order to be able to carry out their own work in the territory of Verona even better. To this day, the friendly atmosphere and sympathy within the school and towards the people of Veronese make it easier for students to quickly learn the Italian language and use it on a daily basis.

A standard course
Weekly hours: 20h grammar and conversation + 2h excursion
= Total: 22h (€45)
Lessons: Mon.-Fri. between 9.15 a.m. – 11 a.m. and/or 11.15 a.m. – 1.15 p.m
Group size: max. 12
Contents: General Italian with grammar, exercises, conversation, role plays, practical applications
B intensive course
Weekly hours: 29 hours of which 20 hours are grammar and conversation, 4 cultural lessons, 5 individual lessons and 2 hours of excursions
Lessons: Mon.-Fri. 9.00 – 13.15
Group size: max. 12
Contents: General Italian with more conversational content, theory, grammar, exercises; from 11.15 more conversation, role plays, practical applications
B intensive course

C Intensive course as educational leave

Lessons: Mon.-Fri. 9:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 4:15 p.m
Content: As above, but additional depth through individual training.
D BEL CANTO
26 hours per week, including 20 hours of grammar and conversation and 4 hours of diction (important work for opera singers, music students) on lyrical texts, interpretation and emphasis), 2 hours of coaching.

Accommodation
I. Host family
Single room, with breakfast or half board, bed linen and towels, 5-35 minutes walk to school. Available all year round.
II. Private apartment / shared apartment
Different forms are available: shared apartment-style accommodation with other students and/or the landlord, kitchen and bathroom use, and single occupancy without any connection.
III. Hotels ***
City hotel within walking distance of the school with double room, single room, breakfast.
Other forms of accommodation on request; Hotels from 1 star to 4 star range as well as studios for sole use for 1-2 people
